Client Profile: non-profit (Professional Women owned and run)

EXSSA-USA is a 501(c) 3 certified non-profit organization owned and run by professional women who are alumni of Saker Baptist College, a boarding school in Cameroon, Central Africa. The school provides secondary education (based on the London system of education) and is well known for producing women who are top professionals, entrepreneurs and scholars in Cameroon, Europe and the U.S.A., primarily. The alumni in the U.S.A are legally organized as EXSSA-USA with the purpose to provide professional and social networking, knowledge exchange, support and solidarity amongst alumni and their families/friends. With chapters in about 8 major U.S. states, EXSSA-USA sought the services of Asanta Group, a Milwaukee, Wisconsin Web Design company, to build a content managed website to help the organization communicate key information across state lines, manage activities, accept donations, establish high credibility and effectively present to non-members what the organization is all about.

Asanta Group successfully delivered a graphically appealing, user-friendly, secure and highly functional website that continues to exceed the organizations expectations.

Secure login access to the content management area for the organizations national executive board
A user-friendly and efficient content management system (CMS) that allows the board to manage mission-critical content such as events, annual convention details, news/announcements and user access amongst other components.
A shopping cart style donation page, allowing a patron to donate to multiple causes with one payment
PayPal integration to facilitate credit card donations
An event manager tool for updating driving directions, hotel & travel information, event contacts, the theme message, registration fees and countdown for the organization’s annual conference/convention held in a different state each year.
